Our chefs have created an elegant three-course meal kit that allows you to enjoy Project at home – beautifully prepared dishes ready to heat, plate and serve.
The menu features Hamachi sashimi with orange ponzu and kombu oil, Wagyu sirloin with pumpkin, pommes mille-feuille and black garlic, and a chocolate brownie with salted caramel and vanilla mascarpone.
Each dish is fully prepared by our kitchen and comes with simple instructions for heating and plating – so you can focus on what matters most: a memorable evening.
