At Project, we let the finest ingredients guide our menus, where creativity, attention to detail, and depth of flavor come together in every dish. Our philosophy is built on respect for the ingredients and a constant pursuit of perfection. We offer two tasting menus as well as à la carte on weekdays. Our carefully curated wine list enhances the experience, beautifully complementing the food.
In case of allergies or dietary requirements, we can only customize the menu if you have notified us in advance. We cannot unfortunately guarantee that we can cater for all types of dietary requirements but will attempt to accommodate your needs within reason.
If you pop in for a glass of wine in the bar and want something to eat you may also order the dishes separately.
